We have been working with a customer who has chosen a combination of alpha and numeric in their GL account segments. An issue they are running into is that for the alpha segments, GP is cutting off some characters in the lookups and in account maintenance. Is there a fix for this? We tried using 'Horizontal Scroll Arrows' but this did not expand the field. Please note below the 4th segment should read 'CHAR' but is getting cut off and shows as CHAI.
