Planning optimization. Issue in Jobfailed method of MpsMasterPlanningEvents class

Hi,
 
I am unable to extend this method. The compiler is giving error that parmPostProcessingQueryBuilder() is internal and not public. I am using 32 version as you can see below.
 
Please provide guidance on how can i extend this method. Basically i want to loop through all planned orders whether they were successfull or not.
