I am currently dealing with what appears to be orphaned approval requests created during workflow testing in Business Central.
Issue Summary:

Approval requests were generated while testing a workflow.

These requests are now stuck in the system.

I am unable to:

Cancel the approval requests

Reject the approval requests

Delete the associated workflow

The records appear to be in a state where no standard action is available to resolve them.
Observed Behavior:

The approval entries remain active or pending.

Workflow cannot be deleted, likely due to dependencies on these approval entries.

No visible user action allows cleanup or reset.
Questions:

Is there a known condition where approval entries become orphaned?

What is the supported method to clean up or reset these approval requests?

Are there specific tables or records (e.g., Approval Entry) that must be manually corrected?
Any guidance on how to safely clear these stuck approvals and remove the workflow would be appreciated.
