Hi,

I want to change the font style for receipt format in D365.

Do I have any provision to change this font style???

Also, I want to change the font size of the variables in numbers, I can find only Regular, Bold and large options.

How can I change this in D365 receipt designer??

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Moved the question to the Dynamics 365 Commerce forum.

The receipt designer has a few options. You can find the documentation here: docs.microsoft.com/.../receipt-templates-printing

You can only change the font type and size.

    1. Go to D365 HeadQuarter -> retail and commerce Module -> Channel Set up -> Pos Set up -> registers

    2. Select the register you are using, click on Hardware Profile ID

    3. clik the Receipt Profile ID

    4. In receipt profile window, click receipt format ID for Receipt Type "Receipt"

    5. click "designer" in the receipt format window.

    6. login to the designer and select the component you want to change format for.

    7. in the bottom line of the designer, you can see the Font Type and Font Size editer.

    Hi Yu Zhang,

The steps which you have mentioned above I checked, there I can find only bold, regular or large options, but my requirement is to change the font style like calibri etc, and also change the font size in mubers like 10, 15...etc.

Will it possible to do in D365???

    Hi,

As mentioned above, there are only a few options provided. Potentially, you can search  for an existing idea or create a new one on https://ideas.dynamics.com
