Hi Guys

 I hope someone can give me a answer to this question, I know that the "Devil is in the detail" however at a high level can CRM read XML from another application.

The reason for this is that, we use an application that reads a word document and converts it into XML. Can CRM read this format and allow us to populate attributes and entities from this.

    Hi,

    The answer is yes, but... Microsoft Dynamics CRM can't import XML files right out of the box. You can develop (or purchase) a module that will parse the XML file and insert the data using the application API, mapping it the required entities and attributes.
