What is the specific role to access the Edit, New & Delete button in BOM for Microsoft D365?

I need to access the Edit, New & Delete button in BOM but I don't know what role is needed.

The path is Cost Management > Manufacturing accounting > Production orders > Order details > BOM.

Hi,
I am assigned the role of System Administrator in the trial environment and can edit the BOM. You can check the parameter settings in inventory management to see if the blocking editing option is clicked.

Also, you can follow the content in the screenshot and check it.
