Ok, we give up. Once we're in the Receivables Management Setup window of Great Plains 9.0, exactly how do we change the aging period on a bucket?
Thanks!

Hello GPAINS,
I apologize but we at Microsoft would not be able to assist you in this instance as support for GP 9.0 has ended as of January 11, 2011.
Please see Support Lifecycle by product for currently supported Dynamics products and services packs (support.microsoft.com/.../lifeselectmonbus), Support Lifecycle policy (support.microsoft.com/lifecycle) for more information on the overall policy, and the communication on the Support Life Cycle page for communications about the Support Lifecycle Policy (support.microsoft.com/.../lifean41).
Have a good day.
What exactly can you not change on this screen? If you want to change the number of days you simply type in the new number of days. You enter these numbers in the 'To' column and the 'From' number of days will change.
The TO and FROM fields are grayed out. We can't enter anything.
Do you have the Fabrikam company loaded? If you do, try going into that company to see if those fields are accessible. I am not aware of any way of disabling those fields using GP. Do you have any custom forms tjhat may be causing this. Check your securoty settings. Perhaps someone created a modifed form disabling those fields. If so, revert security to use unmodified form.
Marla,
It may help if you attached a screenshot of your Receivables Management Setup window. That way we can see what you are seeing.
