I would like to be able to print a Bill of Lading out of Sales Transactions. But I cannot find any standard document. Has anyone printed BOLs after the packing slips?

I have never seen a BOL feature in GP, only the packing slips, from what I have read you can create your own report or 3rd party.
You get three standard forms for the Orders, Picking Tickets, and Packing Slips. You can modify any one of the Blank Paper, Short Form, or Long Form to fit your needs.
I use the Picking Tickets-Blank Paper for my packing slip and I use Packing Slips-Blank Paper for my Bill Of Lading.

Like Ken, I too hijack one of the other SOP forms and reconfigure it to get my Bill of Lading. As far as third party solutions are involved, I'd check with http://www.vtechnologies.com/, they have shipping software that integrates with Dynamics GP.
