    Hi,

    1. You need to login to reporting server url.

(if you don't have reporting server url, then open CRM deployment manager, go to organization, and open properties of organization, you will get SSRS URL.)

    2. You will get SSRS url something like

    servername/Reportserver

    browse URL like

    https://servername/Reports

    3. Might be need to add username and password

    4. double click on OrgName_MSCRM folder

    5. then click on details view button shown on right side corner.

    6. Go to custom reports

    7. Open your report.

    8. Now you will need to provide Log In Name and password.

Here log In name is systemuserId and password is Organization id.

    9. run report.

If there are errors in data set / query, you will get more details here.

    Hope this will help..
