SmartList Builder folder structure changed after GP10 to GP15 upgrade

Our smartList builder folder(Module) structure-components changed after our upgrade.

SmartLists (default and favorites) are showing up in different modules.

Example: some of our AP(purchasing) smartLists from GP10, are showing up in our GL(Financial) in GP15.

We've tried exporting XML files and importing them in both environments but it hasnt resolved the issue.

I want to be able to select where the smartLists are allocated during the upgrade in order to somehow match or modify the location of the smartLists

Does anyone know what the cause of this is? Is there a fix for this?

Is there a way to point the export or the import of lists/reports to a particular module during the upgrade?

Is there a table that can be updated with an update script?
