Search results on Accounts - 2013

I have the "Active Accounts" view opened with an added column of "ZIPCODE". If I select the "Zipcode" column and then enter a zip code in the search window, when I click on 'Find' the Search Results are blank, not displaying the account that I know has the correct zipcode.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi,

You should modify the Quick Find View for Account entity:

and the Find Columns:

You can choose the keyword columns

OK, then save the View, publish.

and then you can use * as wildcard for partial keyword

You need to add zipcode into the quick find results

go to accounts, find the view

View: Quick Find Active

e a button called Add Find Columns

Add the column you want to search on, save and publish and now you can search on the new field.
