Transportation Management Module for Trucking Transportation Company

Hi,

Wanted to check if the Transportation Management Module can be used for an implementation for a trucking company that doesn't sell items. 

The implementation would be based on services of transporting loads for different organizations from point A to point B.

We would like to leverage the fuel surcharge, accessorials and calcuation engines of Dynamics

    Hi Hossam EL Hassan,

    I don't think it's possible to use Transportation Management without selling items in D365. Even if the D365 has the features you need, these still need to start with the sales order.

    Because the transportation activities use the order information from the ERP system to prepare and execute shipments, and planning in transportation management is based on orders and the shipments of these orders.
