server-side synchronization error - not have read/write privilege over the mailbox entity

I configured Email server profiles with "credentials specified in email server profile", and setup username/password, and set this user's impersonation on Exchange server.

When I test and Enable users, some are fine, and other get:

I googled, but got nothing.

Somebody have suggestion?

    Hello Justin

    This error you get is because the user lacks mailbox privileges on it's Security Role, in CRM.

    Please review the user has a security role with permissions for Mailboxes. This is under the tab "Business Administration", in the Security Role description.

    Thank you, Victor. You saved the day.

    When we implemented MS CRM 2011, we defined our own security roles  because we don't know what change will happen when update. The downside of it is that, in our own security roles, the permissions for "mailboxes" and " email server profile" are all blank after upgrade CRM to 2015.

    Assigning them with proper permission, and now, I could enable these mailboxes.
