Tristan, your ISV (third party) product from Nolan is not compatible with the version of GP that you are running. Do you have another machine where you don't get that message? If so, check the version of both GP and Nolan on that machine (help- about). Then find the installation media for Nolan that matches.
Hi Mike,
It's actually just giving this message when logging into 2 new companies. All other companies do not get this message.
I checked the versions across all companies for AA and Nolan and they are of the same build.
