Is there a way to automate the building of Advanced Find Queries for D365 CE from XML?

I have a need to automate the creation and sharing of advance find queries in D365 CE and am wondering if there is a tool or something that already exists that will allow me to upload an FetchXML Query build from XML Toolbox FetchXML Query Builder and generate a D365 Advanced Find Query from it. 

The goal is to create hundreds of Fetch XML files and then batch create hundreds of advance find queries which will save countless hours in comparison to creating each one manually inside of D365 CE.

    That's exactly what I am using. 

    My question is how can I publish those fetch XML queries to an advanced find view /queries that lives in D365 CE permanently without having to manually recreate them inside D365 CE for them to be available natively to end users in the system?
