Just want to recover broken crm 2011 server , I have MSCRM and MSCRM_CONFIG databases backup, any suggestion?

a. Re-install CRM 2011.
b. Restore MSCRM DB, not the mscrm_config
c. In deployment manager import the organization from the restored database.
