Disable Automatic create records from Email

Hi Team,

I want to disable auto creation of contact when an email is received in Dynamics. I see it is a setting at Personal level. I want to disable it for entire organization. Any solutions?

its a personal option indeed - but i believe it can be disabled for whole organization :

I believe you can do this setting change for all user's personal option through below tool. Havent tried though.
