Recently my company wish to enable SLA for some entities, is there any limitations of SLA besides we cant roll it back ? Any answer is appreciate.

As wei ji mentioned,along with the case entity you can apply spa for custom entities also like for account, contact ,opportunity,new_mycustomentity etc. Max of 7 SLA be applied for an organisation.
This is the limitation for online. For on premise I think we can increase the limit which am not sure.

Besides you cant roll back once you enabled the SLA setting.
1.The maximum number of entities that can have active SLAs for your organization is 7.
2. The maximum number of SLA KPIs allowed per entity for your organization is 5.
