Hello

Is there a way to set up a payment term that is due on a specific date?

Example:

Customers will purchase throughout the year with all invoices becoming due on October 27th.

Thanks for any guidance

David

    HI,

Define payment terms with Due Date Calculation formula 'M10+26D' like below:

    pastedimage1671164221636v1.png

    My test result.

    Posting Date Due Date
    2022/01/01 2022/10/27
    2022/08/31 2022/10/27
    2022/09/30 2022/10/27
    2022/10/01 2023/10/27
    2022/12/31 2023/10/27

If you want to change the *boundary* dates, try the following formula.

    M11-1M+CM+27D

    I hope this helps you.
