User Setup - Organizational Structure Assignment

Happy Friday Everyone, I've been tuning our user settings in a test environment. While redefining User Classes, I've noticed that the organizational structure assignment "button" is no longer available. It was working just fine. the only thing I can think of is that I created a class called "Administrators" and assigned our DYNSA account to that class. It seems that since then, the assignment button has "grayed out". Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Allen,

    Do you have Account Level Security Turned On? You mentioned this is a test environment, some of the information for Organizational structure is in the DYNAMICS database, did you also copy the DYNAMICS database into your test environment? In which window does your Org Structure assignment button not work?

    It turns out that our DYNSA user may not have unlimited account access. Odd, since I don't remember enabling account level security. I'll have our IS department activate the 'sa' account to assign full account access to DYNSA.
