    Hi Adrian,

Are you using D365 ON- Prem or Cloud?

    Hi Adrian,

You can do the following approach,

    • Create a new batch job
    • Delete existing batch job related to workflow
    • Re-run wizard.
    • You will be able to modify information, as you will go after deletion of existing batch job.
    • You can go to System administration> Workflow> Workflow infrastructure configuration.

    Warm Regards,

    Zain

    Hi Zain,

I've already did that, unfortunately the problem still persist.

    Hi,

Cannot all the workflow be processed? Do you try to recall it?

I had a similar situation that the workflow can not be processed for five days, but after restarting the server, the workflow was processed.

I could not check where was blocked. You can try to restart the server.

    Hi Adrian,

If you are done with all the related preventive approaches, I agree with MATTGUO here you can try restarting the server. Is it a UAT or production environment?

    Regards,

    Zain

    Hi MATTGUO,

we've restart the server several times when we are uploading packages, I do count that as restarting the server, yet the problem still persist, and yes this is all the workflow including the project budget and purchase requisition workflow.

    seems this is non-production.

See if thet batch service is running on the AOS and if multi tier then check the workflow batch and server where it is running.

also check for windwos event logs on batch and workflow
