Hi to all,
I gone through the commerce doc regarding the product image uploading in MPOs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/set-up-manage-images-retail-mpos#overwrite-from-the-entity-level-preview-page
there are no of prerequisites as per this doc,
so my question is that where i can find the media server so that i can upload the images under product folder.
How can i create media server. ?

I agree that the documentation may need to be updated a bit. As per MS, the one solution is to procure an new server on Azure and make it as a Media Server and provide the URL in Channel Profile for new server.
But... there is another way. If you have D365 eCommerce, then there is a media library where you can upload pictures, and then just point towards this URL. Then the upload of product pictures happens in the site builder, and the pictures are used on POS, HQ and on your eCommerce site.
Under the channel profile you then add the URL to the Site Builder Media server, and the URL should look something like this:
images-eu-prod.cms.commerce.dynamics.com/.../search
If you follow the naming convension of products, the POS will automatically fetch your products.
