    Beratung,

I saw your last post, so both apply with adding the Lot Attributes to Picking Ticket or Sales Order. The (IV00301) Lot Attribute Master table will have to be added to the Report Writer report (Off the Report Definition window). I believe it can be join on the Sales Serial/Lot Work and History table via the ITEMNMBR. I hope this helps!

    Hi Beratung,

Here are the tables I have included in my Picking Ticket Order Entered Report.

You'll need to create the relationship between the Sales Transaction Amounts Work and the Sales Serial/Lot Work and History. A second relationship should be created between the Sales Serial/Lot Work and History and the Item Lot Attribute Master.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

Thanks Leslie!  I did just that but the problem I am running into is where to put the attributes.  You cannot put them in the Header with the Lot Numbers if you fulfill from two different lot numbers of the same Item.  It will repeat the line item and only the first Lot Attribute will show under both lots.  What section are you putting the Attributes in to get it to work?

Put the attributes in H1. I indent them a bit and change the alignment of the Serial/Lot number such that the attributes are below the lot number and indented a bit.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

Thanks again, Leslie.  I put them in H1 next to the Lot Numbers.  The problem is it repeats the first Lot's Attributes under both the first and second line if you fulfill one Line Item with two Lots.  I believe it is because of the Join and there seems to be no way around it.  In your customization have you tried to enter a Lot Tracked Inventory Item on one Sales Line, fulfilling it by pulling quantities from two different lots (say 10 from Lot A and 10 from Lot B on a Line Item of Quantity of 20)?  When we do this it shows it as:

    Item A for a Quantity of 20

    Item A for a Quantity of 20

Lot A    QTY 10   Attribute from Lot A

Lot B    QTY 10   Attirbute from Lot B

As you can see it not only puts the Attribute form Lot A on both Lots but also repeats the Line Item of 20.

    Thanks!

    I see,

I think we may need another section here to break the serial/lot number. I won't be able to look at again until Thursday. If you find the answer, please let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Leslie,

This is what happens when you add those tables.  Nothing else with this report is modified except adding the Serial/Lot Work/History and Item Lot Attribute Master:

You'll notice that the first line is a repeat of the second.  The LOT numbers only show in the second line.

Also here is a unmodified Packing Slip where it prints correctly

    Hi,

Your screenshots didn't come through. You can't copy and paste them, you have to add them from a file using the rich formatting item.
