Change Organization Name and URL

I changed my company name about a year ago and would like to change the URL to my CRM online installation. I'm a Microsoft Partner and was told at one point that I could just create a new CRM instance and cancel the old one but that was a while ago and I just want to ensure that that's still the case and if so how to go about it. I'm not worry about old data or customization as I wasn't using the old installation. 2011 required too many steps to get anything done. I'm looking forward to the changes in 2013. Any help would be appreciated.

    Login to login.microsoftonline.com with your username and password and as an Global administrator. Then click at Administrator and CRM on the top right corner. Then click Edit Settings and you are now able to change both the url and the display name
