Cannot install Higher Education Accelerator

I need to install the Higher education accelerator in my Sales Environment and am unable to get any data regarding how to do it. Also I couldn't find it on my AppSource.

This accelerator is available in GitHub, and we need to install only through GitHub.

GitHub: Release Dynamics 365 Education Accelerator v5.0.3.1 · microsoft/Industry-Accelerator-Education · GitHub , please download the "Source Code" in that required documents (like: Installation guide, Walkthrough and ERD) are available. Please refer the installation document and install this accelerator.
