Logic App BC and Managed Identity

Hello,

we currently testing out Logic Apps to Automate things with BC. 


But sadly we a struggling with already with the connection. We want to use a Managed Identities in the BC Logic App Connector. In the Logic App itself we enabled system managed identity. Azure then

creates a Enterprise Application with the Tenant. 

But that is. We can't see it in App Registration to give the required rights (Permissions) nor is it possible to use another Service Principal in the Logic App Connector for BC (eg. AppID and Client Secret) as

with other. 

Any hints

    Managed identities is no longer a real option.

    You should do Oauth authentication for your logic app.

    Thank you very much and the hint, this will work yes :-) as we use this with from other tools e.g. Kingswaysoft

    Just for clarification why is managed identities no longer an option. Just for technical understanding.

    Hi Erik,.

    I am glad the info helped you.

    I might have been a bit unclear. Azure Managed identity have really not been an option.

    Before using Oauth  and app registration in Azure we could use a web access key and that what what i called managed identity in this context.

    The we access key was deprecated in April this year. www.hougaard.com/.../

    Sorry for causing confusion.
