My aged trial balance with options-detail report is off by one penney. My invoice amount is 1,223.94 and the grand total is showing 1,223.93. How can I balance this account?

My aged trial balance with options-detail report is off by one penney. My invoice amount is 1,223.94 and the grand total is showing 1,223.93. How can I balance this customers account? I tired to write off the penny but by going to tools>Routines>sales>Write Off Documents, I entered in all of the informtion and there were no documents to write off.

Any suggestions?

Run the Reconcile(Tools-->Utilities-->Sales-->Reconcile) for the particular customer outstanding transaction information.
