Hi,

I cannot see Purchase Services section in my Office 365. I want to purchase a few licenses and I cannot see the Purchase Services section from where I can buy a license.

Note: To Login to my Office 365, I use Go Daddy.

What is missing?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Priyesh,

Login to your Office 365 account and click on Admin.

    Now Click on Billing.

Hi, Thanks for your quick response. I'm still using the old Admin center. And when I click on Billing, it takes me to the GoDaddy page.

    Hi Priyesh,

In order to deal with purchase service and billing options, you need to have Billing Administrator admin role in O365 portal. Can you check what access does your user have in O365 portal?

    Thanks,

Just a clarification, whenever I try to view Billing or try to add more users, the same takes me to GoDaddy?

Is it completely controlled by GoDaddy and I'll not be able to Purchase Services?

    Thanks!

I assume that you are using GoDaddy as the DNS host for your domain. Many key features of Office 365 changes, if you use GoDaddy as your host and I think you can now purchase services only through GoDaddy (if you use it as the host).

    Refer this link: in.godaddy.com/.../plan-options-and-details-9014

Also refer this link on GoDaddy integration with Office365 :

Hope this helps you. Thanks :)
Please do verify the answer if you find it helpful :)

    Hi Priyesh,

I have done little bit research on this and seems like productivity.godaddy.com URL is the managing portal that manages all the O365 activities when you purchase any service from GoDaddy. So, all operations you can now perform through godaddy only.
