We have just recently signed up for Office 365 using Enterprise E3. I have set up CRM to synchronize contacts, calendar, etc. New contacts created in CRM will show in Outlook, but contacts alreadyd in Outlook will not show in CRM. Anyone have any idea why? We have everything set for server side synchronizaion, but it will not bring in items FROM outlook. CRM has not issues pushing items to Outlook.
