Outlook Contacts not Showing in CRM

We have just recently signed up for Office 365 using Enterprise E3. I have set up CRM to synchronize contacts, calendar, etc. New contacts created in CRM will show in Outlook, but contacts alreadyd in Outlook will not show in CRM. Anyone have any idea why? We have everything set for server side synchronizaion, but it will not bring in items FROM outlook. CRM has not issues pushing items to Outlook.

    Hi Giles,

    You will need to select the contacts you want to track in CRM and import them.  In Outlook under the file menu there is a CRM section and from there it provides a wizard to bring these contacts into CRM.  I hope this helps!

    Thanks...I was making a false assumption that all contacts were going to appear in Dynamics. A lot to learn about the process of the best practices...
