Cannot delete cash receipt journal attachment

Hi All

Couldn't figure out how to delete attachments from cash receipt journal line. see the image below:

    Hi, This is standard behavior, as Nitin mentioned, you need to go to the Incoming Document page to delete it.

    For example,

    Hello
    We try this issue in our environment. if you use incoming Document then you cannot directly delete the attached document that's the reason the system shows you gray Delete Line option.
     
     
    Method 1:
    if you want to delete the attached incoming Document then click on the Line > Incoming Document option.
     
    This will open attached document list page here select the document and click on lines three dots.
     
     
    Select Delete option and click ok button.
     
     
    This option Removes or Delete the Attached Incoming Document from the Incoming Document Files section.
     Method 2:
     
    Click on tree dots as given below in Screen shot and click on Incoming Document option.
     
    This option Removes or Delete the Attached Incoming Document from the Incoming Document Files section.
     
    Hope this information will help you to delete the Attached incoming document.
