Add xmlns attribute to ISO 20022 EFT file

The ISO 20022 format generates the following header:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Document>

Bank of America needs the following namespace attributes:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Document xmlns="urn:iso:std:iso:20022:tech:xsd:pain.001.001.02" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

Is there any way to add this in GP 10.00.1368?  I can edit the XML Tag, but I can only fit about half of that in there.

    I am also dealing with Bank of America on these issues.  The version of ISO 20022 on GP is Version 1, which is not supported by Bank of America.  How did you work around this?  Also, did you have issues with the special charaters not being allowed or the All Uppercase Letters?

    You can extend the xml tag into another line, see image below:
