Workflow Emails not working

We're having an issue where approval emails aren't working for one specific user in one specific company. His emails come through for all other companies (both when people request his approval and when they reject his requests). Everyone else's emails also work for requests and rejections. However, his is no longer working for just one of the companies. It was working earlier in the day, but then we updated the email account used in other entities and now the original entity doesn't work.
 
I'm seeing this error in the job queue log entries, but his email account is the same in all entities and it's /valid/ in the other entities.

    @John as noted in my previous response, yes, we've set emails up in approval user setup and the test email works. 
     
    @ZHU I don't think it's licensing because the emails work in the other companies, just not the "my company" one. And his permissions also seem fine, he's a super user in all companies. I'm thinking it's maybe a Microsoft bug if all these features are set up correctly...

    Hi, you have set all the email in approval user setup?
    By the way , you can send test email for testing on email account.

    I've checked all of these places and everything is set up correctly. We're still experiencing the issue where no emails are being sent to the controller (for requests or notifications that his JE's are approved/rejected). The test email works, his email is set up in the "approval user setup," and the notification setup is set to "New Record - Email - Instantly." Any other ideas why this would be for just this one user in this one company?

    Hi, from the error message, it looks like it's an Email Account setup issue.
    Please check the email you set up in Email Accounts to see if you can send emails.
     
    Also please check the settings below again.
    Email in Approval User Setup
     
    And, Workflow Notification Setup
