Which edition of Microsoft Dynamics CRM online and on-premise have ADX Studio portal embedded?

It is not quite clear from Microsoft's licensing guides/blogs ,if ADX Portal will be part of the CRM licensing itself -For eg-will it be part of CRM's on-premise ISO or part of CRM online CAL ? As of now,it seems to be a separate buy /add on ,which needs to be purchased additionally .However, does Microsoft plan to include it in the CRM product itself in future roadmap?
It is not part of CRM Licensing as of now ; it is sold separately. For more specific information, I would suggest posting your query in adxstudio community.

CRM 2016 has Portals (Formally ADX Studio) However they are a separate SKU and are not bundled with CRM

One Portal (CRM online portal) will be included with Dynamics 365 subscriptions:

On-prem is still sold via "Adxstudio by Microsoft"

Online CRM Portals(Formerly online ADX portals) are embedded in Dynamics CRM from 2016 update 1.
Also you are able to have on-prem ADX portal as before (maintained by ADXstudio), but they are not embedded in CRM yet.

With any of the Plans in Dynamics 365, or with single Plan 1 business apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Services Automation), one portal license is included.
