in business central I have entries for tax entries but when I run tax collected report it is blank

In Canadian version I run Sales Tax Collected Report and the report is run but it is blank 
In Tax Entries and G/L account I can see all tax transactions but still they do not show up in the report 
To clarify report runs and shows PDF but does not show any collected tax that I can see in Tax Entries and GL
