I want to set up a service business in BC - we have D365 BC Premium licences.  When I attempt to set up service items,, cannot find the service items card in the Alt Q search window.  Any advice would be much appreciated?

    Hello,

You just need to enable the Premium experience to see Service Items:
    Open Company Information.
    Set User Experience → Premium.
    Sign out and back in.
Then you’ll find Service Items, Service Orders, etc. in search.

    Regards,

Please note, the Service module requires the "Premium" license of Business Central.  If you only have Essentials licenses, changing the Company Info > User Experience to "Premium" will lock out ALL Essentials licensed Users.  Please verify your Business Central license before making this change.

Just sharing the screenshot for better clarity.

And as suggested by Ben, please verify your BC license before making this change and do it in Sandbox Environment first.

To use the Service Management features in Business Central, you must first enable the Service module — it’s available only in the Premium license.
