Deleting an entry

I would like to receive instruction on how to delete an entry as per above. There is an option to delete, however, this is grey out.

    Hi,

    You can't delete some entries in Business Central.  For example, interactions in the history are not possible to delete as neither customer ledger entries.

    Hi James ,

    As multiple things might be linked with this contact you cannot delete it.

    Either Customer, Order or invoice, Interaction , Ledger.

    So you might not be able to delete this contact

    Hi, As mentioned by several experts above, posted data cannot be deleted in Business Central.

    If you can develop, you can make a tool to delete, but this is not recommended.
