OAuth2 - S2S API call BC user license

Hi All

When conencting using "old" Web servcie key, we need a named user with a licence (full). With OAuth2 Service to Service (S2S) we are not using a named user so does that mean no additional license required as teh app is registed in Azure and in BC without an actual user?

    I don´t see I can actually find the information there - it just says:

    "External user and non-interactive user access to APIs and web services.

    S2S authentication enables both external user and non-interactive user access to Business Central online. Refer to license guide for scenarios and usage."

    The licensing guide states you need to be licensed, but not how to license. I can not choose a S2S user in the licensing portal - how do we actually grant licenses for external devices calling BC through API and with an S2S autentication setup?
