Hi Everyone.

Today while i was trying to log in to Business Central i am getting the below error message.

    The application event log file will give you more information about the reason of the failure.

    Can you also try incognito in Chrome or InPrivate in Edge then try to login to BC?

    Hi, as mentioned by several experts above, first please confirm whether it is a browser problem, license problem, or a user problem. Does this issue occur to all users?

    And if this is a paid production environment, please report production outage in the Admin Center.
