Serivce Zone - BC Cloud

Hi All,
 
With respect to Service Zones on the customer card.
 
I'm running into an issue where the 'New' button is greyed out - this happens on version 21.5
I have another sandbox that is version 22
 
is is fair to say that the version is the issue? I found this on github but it was 2018 - so i assumed it was resolved by now.

Can anyone shed some light on this ?

    Have you verified your "User Experience" (in Company Information) is set to "Premium"?  The Service Management capability is only available in the Premium version of Business Central.
    Beyond this, it could be a User Permission issue.
