The company I am working for recently took over another company which is using Microsoft Dynamics SL. Unfortunately nobody in my team has Solomon experience. Can anybody help me with basic Demo training or user guides for AP, AR, GL and Cash manager modules. Thank you very much.

    User guides are found at the following link: https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/worldwide/us/documentation/userguides/ 

    (this is found under Customer Source > Documentation > User Guides)

    I'm not aware of any demo training videos/webcasts.  Great idea, but I don't think the MS SL team is that dedicated to training users.  You'll have to rely on the user guides and your certified dealer/partner (that should be teamed up with that company you just took over).

    You need to get with your Dynamics SL Partner.  They can get you setup in CustomerSource, which is included as a part of your yearly maintenance renewal.  Make sure you get setup for the eLearning as well.  You will find some videos that are very helpful for new users.

    If your system was installed correctly, they may be in the folder called "User Manuals" under the main SL folder.
