Can anyone tell me if  RMS 2.0 sp2 support electronic check clearing?

    RMS cannot do this out of the box.  You can get a 3rd party add-in called SmartPayments Plug-in for RMS from Hypercom that will add this functionality.  Even in that case though, you have to have the right processor to be able to support it.
