Hi all,

Would like to check if anyone encountered below in job queue with intermittent error as below:

when approval trigger notification email, the above error happen and it will stuck in notification entries and subsequent email notification not able to send out.

Anyone encounter similar issue before ?

I have search through the blog before posting and tried on those suggestion but not working.

The same user ID hit this error every now and then.
