Generate a Case when receiving an email

Hi everyone I was wondering if there is any way to link an email account to the case management tool, so that when the linked account receives an email, dynamics automatically creates a new Case.

    Hi everyone I was wondering if there is any way to link an email account to my CRM and  automatically create a new Case when I get an email from a customer without using any customizations?.

    You can utilize OOB Record Create and Update rule.
