Is there a simple way that a CRM user can impersonate a Portal user so as to be able to see what they are seeing.
So if a Portal user has an issue, it would be good if a CRM user could log into the Portal without having to reset the password or ask the Portal user their password.
I'm thinking there isn't - but it would be good to know. Thanks

I have the same question (0)Unfortunately, there isn't. You can create another contact with similar web roles, but even that doesn't quite work as many portal capabilities rely on the relationships to the contact record.
