Hello Folks,

we are getting for one of our Processes an E-Mail sending Error despite the Person does have (Full Access, Send As and Send on Behalf Permission) for the SHared Mailbox.

We do have Businesscentral in our Tenant running including specific Shared Mailboxes for each bulk Invoice, Operation etc.

Invoice an the Users with Full Access to the specific Shared Mailbox works.

Operations an the specific Shared Mailbox for our Sales Team doesnt work.

Both Shared Mailboxes are in our Tenant where Dynamics is also running.

The Permissions are the same but for the sales team Mailbox we get following Error:

This is so frustrating we can not find the cause for it.

Will recreating a shared mailbox cause this problem?
It looks like you've eliminated all possibilities. It is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft to assist in the investigation.
