System Customizer Role restriction

System Customizer role is required for users to access a custom power app, they then see all the Apps available in the Environment.

Normally you can manage the roles that are allowed access to an App, but it seems I cannot remove System Customer Role from Apps.

How can I limit the Apps the users who have to have the System Customizer Role can see?

Hey.

As Leah pointed out, the System Customizer as the System Administrator roles will show ALL the Apps. The importat question would be: Why do you need System Customizer role to access that APP? if the app is completed and Published, you should generate a custom security role that is associated to that app with the relevant permission.

Hi Partner,

Unfortunately, it seems that we can't remove this role from all apps.

System Administrator and System Customizer are two roles selected by default in the Application Roles list.

And we can't remove them, which is by-design.

For your need: How can I limit the Apps the users who have to have the System Customizer Role can see?

Let's change the direction of thought:
The reason users must have the "System Customizer" role is because they need full permissions to customize the system.
We can copy the 'System Customizer' roles to create another new role, remove the users' original roles, and assign them new roles.

Now, Users can both maintain access to customized the system but be restricted from accessing specific apps.
