1099's are not printing the dollar figures

We recently upgraded our GP to 2016.  Printed our 1099 Edit list wonderfully, confirmed numbers, went to print final 1099's, but no values are printing.

Only Contractor name, SS#, our company information

Any ideas?

    I am unable to recreate this issue in GP 2016. I suggest you try running the 1099 edit list for 1 vendor and "print forms" for this same vendor right after that.

    Also, are you running the default 1099 miscellaneous print forms report? The alternate/Modified Forms and Report ID when opened and expanded (for reports) should read Microsoft Dynamics GP radio button checked for 1099 Miscellaneous.

    We are using the default printing forms.  I am thinking we have a glitch in our upgrade process.  All the information is in the system, it just isn't grabbing in during the print process somewhere.  I have even read the manual, it doesn't seem that we missed anything.

    I would recommend trying a clean new install of the desktop client and then attempt to print forms from out there.

    Is this happening to all users? Is it happening in other GP companies?

    I might also try modifying the original report and see if it will print correctly on the modified report. I have not run into this problem yet.

    Here's a long shot. Do you have the proper data in your PM00204 table?
