Hyperlink to Portal registration page is not working properly

Hi Guys,

I would like to achieve that clients will get email with hyperlink (+invitation code appended) linked to Portal registration page. Currently, it shows the message, I could see the message "POTRDITEV DOSTOPA" but without any link to the portal.

The email would look like:

Pozdravljeni!

Prejeli ste povabilo za dostop do Frodx partnerskega portala.

Svoj dostop lahko aktivirate s klikom na spodnjo povezavo.

<hyperlink><name>POTRDITEV DOSTOPA</name><value>xxxxx/.../Register;invitation=xxxxxxxxx</value></hyperlink>

Hey Miha,

Seems Invitation Link is Invalid. Did you use Portal OOB Send Invitation Workflow in order to send the Invite? If yes, then Did you make any changes in that?

If you want to change the Email body, you should use Insert Hyperlink option in order to insert the hyperlink.Your Link should have looked like below:

<hyperlink><name>POTRDITEV DOSTOPA</name><value>abcd.microsoftportals.com/register;invitation={Encoded Invitation Code(Encode Invitation Code)}</value></hyperlink>

Hi Arpit!

I did it with Hyperlink button before.

If I do it again, the link is okay but invitation code is not pushed to the portal. Please check the enclosed screenshot.

<hyperlink><name>POTRDITEV DOSTOPA</name><value>xxxxx.microsoftcrmportals.com/register{Encoded Invitation Code(Encode Invitation Code)}</value></hyperlink>

Is it possible to make it in a way that also https://xxxxx.microsoftcrmportals.com is taken from the domain of the portal? So that I can prepare the solution for all customers..

Try this:

<hyperlink><name>POTRDITEV DOSTOPA</name><value>xxxxx.microsoftcrmportals.com/.../ Invitation Code(Encode Invitation Code)}</value></hyperlink>
