Is it possible to copy personal settings for fields and columns from one user to another? Normally, settings are made on roles, but now we want to copy from one user to another. Is that even possible?

Hi, unfortunately, as far as I know, this is not currently possible. If you need to set personalization for multiple users, it is recommended that you use the Customize pages for profiles feature, which is valid for users who use Role.
