Hi

I have established a CRM 2013 online, but my customers local administrator, has also created an Exchange Online - for the same domain.

Now I cannot get the domain confirmed/verified, as I get the message...

Domain cannot be confirmed

mydomain.fr has already been added to another Office-365 account mydomain.onmicrosoft.com

So what to do?!?

Interresting Scenario - could you come up with a solution. From my Point of view you do need to a) delete one tenant to establish service with the other one or b) just use the onmicrosoft.com Domain for the CRM service.

Yes there is actually only one thing that should be done, and that is to delete one account.

Though I took an intermediate hack, and just manually changed the email adresses of the user profile, so they logon with the onmicrosoft.com adresse, but their registered email adress is the right one... they are all using the Outlook client anyway.
